We are more then happy to file your dental insurance for you. We accept most major dental insurances. If you do not have dental insurance, or owe a part after your insurance has covered their part, you can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit, or debit card. Payment is due at the time treatment is rendured. You will be charged a $25.00 fee for any check returned by your bank for insufficient funds or closed account. Once notified, you will be expected to make full payment within 5 days. Repeat offenses will result in CASH ONLY payment arrangements.
